ARMY LODGING FOR SUCCESS:
Welcome to Basic Overnight Quarters, LLC and the greater Washington D.C. region! As a veteran-owned company, we are happy to serve you during your temporary tour of duty. No matter how long or how short your stay, we intend to address your issues and questions in a timely manner. The intent of this letter is to outline what is provided under the Army Lodging for Success contract.
- 1. Inspection and Checklist - You are required under the Army Lodging for Success Program
(1-800-GO-ARMY-1) to conduct an inventory of all items included in your apartment. This must be completed within 48 hours of check-in. Please see attached inventory form. Upon completion, please fax, or email the completed checklist to Basic Overnight Quarters, LLC. and the Army Lodging Reservation Center. If any items are missing, please notify us, and the items will be replaced in a timely manner.
- 2. General Services - The following items are standard provided with each apartment:
- a. Furniture and house wares.
- b. Utilities –basic cable, internet, local phone service, heating, air conditioning, electricity, water, gas and electric.
- c. Appliances –oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer.
- d. Free parking for one vehicle.
- 3. Additional Services – For an additional charge, you may elect to pay for services not covered by the contract. Examples of additional services include: housekeeping, upgraded cable, wireless internet, and approved furniture upgrades. Please note: Basic Overnight Quarters, LLC must receive a completed credit card authorization form before any additional services are provided. We look forward to serving you.
