That means providing furnished apartments that meet or exceed all Department of Defense and General Services Administration (GSA) standards for safety, security, fitness, amenities and access. It also means providing military housing solutions that support the mission as a whole, through close contact with housing officers and direct assistance to meet the needs of military housing tenants, every day.
At Basic Overnight Quarters, supporting the mission means soldiers from hassles and distractions like setting up living arrangements, establishing utilities and securing household living necessities. BOQ takes care of all of the details so soldiers can focus on their work. We provide the familiarity and support that enlisted personnel and officers alike will appreciate. In addition, we support soldiers’ military housing needs in the Washington, D.C. area through two field offices – one located in Crystal City, two Metro stops from the Pentagon – and another located in Silver Spring, just blocks from Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
