Basic Overnight Quarters provides a complete package of standard amenities to ensure that each tenant experiences a comfortable and convenient housing experience. BOQ standard amenities include:

Security

  • Each unit's entrance is equipped with a view port, deadbolt, and secondary locks on guest accommodation doors.
  • Guest room doors and/or main hallway doors have built in springs that will close automatically upon entrance and exiting.
  • Interior hallway corridor access to accommodations/apartments.
  • Secure parking available at most locations.
  • Video cameras used for surveillance of entrances/exits doors to the complex (minimum requirements) at most locations. Additionally, personal fobs are given to tenants for access to the exterior doors at most properties.
  • Compliant with all applicable federal, state, and municipal health, fire and life safety codes, and with ADA requirements.
